About 2 months ago my friend Courtney was involved in a motorcycle accident that fractured her pelvic, broke her spine in 2 spots, fractured her knee, and damaged her wrist. She had to teach herself to walk again. She was unable to work because of this and is behind on her rent. She took out a title loan on her only vehicle to help with the bills. Last week she suffered what I hope noone else ever has to experience. She was strangled over and over at the hands of her lover and he almost took her life. She is traumatized from this experience and so are her 3 young children. The electricity was turned off 2 days ago and her landlord wants her to figure out how to turn it on in her own name. The electric place in her area charges 650 to turn the power back on and put in her own name. So anything at all would greatly help and be appreciated even if it is just a small amount! Anything helps! Thank you. ( I didn't post pictures because of the sensitivity of the situation with the domestic and with her kids being so young.)
