1. Against the officer who shot me, ending my career, and the system who failed me, not making the officer accountable and using Qualified Immunity to cover up with lies.
2. Making changes necessary, in the law and in the court system to make officers accountable and claim responsibility for their actions. We need to get rid of qualified immunity that shields criminals. This officer ended my career of a High Risk Labor and Delivery RN, and was rewarded with early retirement.
3. Legal Fees to reclaim what my attorney stole from me. My attorney stopped communicating with me, lied about circumstances of the case, got part of my case dismissed due to failure to argue the facts, refused to appeal a decision accepted a settlement that I did´t agree to, threatened to quit my case, then kept the money. Now I am left penniless and faced with paying all the bills that my attorney accrued.
