Hello everyone, many of you who know me, know that I was injured late this summer and had to have surgery for a complete shoulder replacement in late October. I have been out of work for 3 months. As a 1099 employee, I do not qualify for unemployment or FMLA, so this has been pretty much a financial disaster. Besides the surgery itself costing over $50K, I am at the end of my financial rope, with mortgage overdue, utility cut off notices, etc. It is an embarrassing and humbling place to be. If you can help in any way, please know that it is VERY appreciated, and I will pay it forward someday, some way. I am willing to provide medical proof of all of this if needed. Thank you!
