I'm still working on getting a normally pay check, I work full time but I have just started. I have received a one week pay check. But unfortunately it wasn't enough to get ready for winter.

I told myself I wouldn't ask for help again. I thought I was on my feet. But winter came faster than I could prepare for. I work full time and do odd jobs on the weekends. I hate to be here asking for help. But winter is here. I need help with propane and gas for the generator. It's going to get rough real quick and I didn't have enough to get fully ready for winter. This is embarrassing and I'm not proud of this. I have reached out to the VA to see if there is any resources nearby to help. And haven't heard back. Im honestly trying my hardest. I give my all at work. I am growing roots here and I love this town.
