Charity for charity worker

From Keith Woodard

I am raising money to survive in life. I am drowning financially due to less income and higher living costs. I am not ashamed to ask for help. Times are tough and I am struggling to keep a roof over our heads.

More Info

Let me introduce myself. My name is Keith and my Fiance's name is Autumn but she goes by "Goldie". I am 51 and she is 29. We are hard working people that do our best to survive fiancially in todays world. I have been Auto Technician for 35+ years in the dealership world and have in the last 2 years left that life to work for a private organization called Christian Brothers Automotive. It is, as it suggests, a Christian based organization. At this facility, we do alot of charity work and repairs on peoples cars that are having a hard time in life or going through a tough time in life and can not afford to repair their vehicles. I work 12 hours a day and she works 10 just to keep bills paid and food in the fridge. We live on a very tight income as the cost of living where we live is very high. We are drowning in debt as the cost of living keeps going up. We get credit cards to pay bills and just need some assistance to level out our financial distress. We are proud people that work for everything we have but have run out of liquid assets to liquidate to stay on top. We pay $2300 a month in high interest personal loans and credit cards totaling over 35k, not including our regular bills like rent and utilities. I love where I work and what we do for people and our community and don't want to have to give that up by moving but the cost of living is high here and wages are not. We have never missed a payment but that is getting harder and harder to keep that going.
