I was born on Pagos Island, a small community in a suburbs of Monrovia. We weren't rich and we didn't have much, but we had each other. When I returned to Liberia, I rebuilt my family home, and for over a decade, lived and worked in this community.These people are not just pictures on your screen. I know them. They have families, dreams, and feelings, just like you and me. And while I still don't have much, I believe in giving back. So this Christmas, I'm raising funds so that no family in Pagos Island is hungry during the holidays.You may remember that back in September, we delivered rice to over 60 households. For this holiday season, our goal is to provide 200 meals to our neighbors in need! These festive packages cost only 1000 LRD (about $5 USD) and provide a family with rice, frozen chicken, cooking oil, and seasoning.I invite you to join me in this effort. Together, we can ensure a happier, hunger-free holiday for my friends and neighbors in Liberia.
