Disabled Veteran Trying to Buy a House

There's so many people in need of help that we feel guilty asking but we just need short term help. Hello, my name is Guy & my wife name is Carla.  We've been together for 15 years now.  I'm a 7 year USAF Veteran who is trying my best to fix our homeless situation.

That's me below, receiving an award at my 1st station.  I later retrained into Electronic Warfare and graduated at the top of my class, so I'm a hard worker.

My wife is fully disabled due to three knee replacements and more, and I've been the breadwinner the last five years but my health has declined a lot due to a virus in my right ear that destroyed 40% of the nerves and gave me permanent vertigo. That took a year and a half for my brain to adapt and a few months later I got covid in march of 2020, plus my Prostate Cancer, Peripheral neuropathy, RLS, degenerative discs etc. I expected to get over Covid quickly but four years later I'm still fighting terrible brain fog and fatigue and I had to quit my drywall repair business a couple of years ago and work on my Youtube channel full time as I can do that since it's easier on my body. Luckily eight years ago I started a YouTube channel and it currently pays the bills, barely, even though I have 290,000 subscribers. 

 So the reason we need a little bit of help is my YouTube income dropped $20000 last year due to my health and we got hit with about $25000 in unexpected expenses like car breakdowns, etcetera.

I currently work seven days a week, about 10 hours a day, every week and I am trying to build an online drywall training course that could be very lucrative but we just can't do it without hiring some help and I can't get a business loan until my credit comes up a little bit. My credit score dropped 140 points in the last 18 months but by paying down some of our outstanding debt it should come back up enough to qualify us for a business loan and a home loan. We haven't had any late payments in years so it's just a debt to income problem mostly.

So the plan is to use any funds raised to pay down some of our debt, get my credit score up enough to get a business loan to cover hiring editors and other helpers part time, and to buy a home using my VA Loan, on land in the country where we can build a studio to shoot our training videos out of.  We aren't looking for a fancy house, and actually a fixer upper would be perfect for my Youtube channel, and save us some money too.I 100% believe I can do this, but not with this debt burden we have.  We've sold all we can, we live in a camp trailer on a friends property, we don't smoke or drink, and barely spend any money on extras, so we can't tighten up anymore.  If you want to view my Online training, go to my Drywall Academy.  And feel free to view my Youtube ChannelThen you can see how hard I work and I'm not just looking for a handout.  Another thing that will help us is I am currently applying for VA disability so once we get that, it will help us in the future.
